  3. Cook the Mixture: Combine mango purée and sweetened condensed milk with toasted coconut, stirring constantly over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
  4. Shape the Truffles: Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then roll into tablespoon-sized balls.
  5. Coat & Store: Roll each ball in extra desiccated coconut and refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one week.
