  • 1 cup strawberries (hulled and diced into 1/2-inch pieces)
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 5 oz chocolate bar
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil (optional, for drizzling consistency)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your muffin tin by greasing it or lining it with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; whisk until blended.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg and sugar until light. Add melted butter, sour cream, milk, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Fold in strawberries and chocolate chips.
  5. Spoon the batter into muffin cups about two-thirds full and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly before drizzling melted chocolate over the top.
