- 10 vanilla wafers (chopped)
- 1 ½ cups mashed bananas (about 4 medium bananas)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a stand mixer, beat cream cheese and instant pudding mix until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Gently fold in chopped vanilla wafers.
