  • 1/4 cup milk (such as soy)
  • 100 g fresh raspberries (plus extra for serving)
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • Optional: 2 tbsp maple syrup, pinch of salt, and vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine rolled oats, yogurt, milk, raspberries, maple syrup (if using), salt, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil using a double boiler until smooth.
