  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 bag Kraft caramels
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 16-ounce can chocolate frosting


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the German chocolate cake mix with eggs, oil, and water as per package instructions.
  3. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 15 minutes until slightly set.
