- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 8 oz brie cheese (sliced into wedges)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry recommended)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, cutting it into 8–10 triangles. Arrange these in a circle on the baking sheet with pointed ends facing outward.
- Layer the sliced brie around the inner ring of the pastry circle and add dollops of cranberry sauce over the brie.

- Brush the top with egg wash using a pastry brush and sprinkle chopped rosemary on top.
