  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 12 oz penne or fettuccine
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Italian seasoning
  • black pepper
  • salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the dish and coat them evenly with Caesar dressing. Top with half of the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
  3. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes until cooked through.
  4. While the chicken is baking, cook the pasta according to package directions; drain.
  5. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes before stirring in the remaining Parmesan cheese along with salt and pepper until smooth.
  7. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce in the skillet; toss to coat.
  8. Serve the creamy pasta alongside baked chicken garnished with chopped parsley or extra Parmesan if desired.
