- 1½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak tips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1½ tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup whole milk
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1¼ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Save ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sear the steak tips in olive oil over medium-high heat until browned, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Stir in heavy cream, milk, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in grated Parmesan and mozzarella; season to taste.
- Add cooked penne to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Gently fold in the seared steak tips and heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
