Instructions
- Slice chicken breast horizontally and pound to ½ inch thick. Season with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with shallow dishes for flour, beaten eggs, and panko.
- Coat chicken pieces in flour, dip in eggs, then press into panko crumbs.
