  • 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3.5 oz chocolate bar (melted)
  • 10 oz cream cheese (room temperature) for peanut butter layer
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream (cold)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar


Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into a pie dish. Chill while preparing fillings.
  2. For the chocolate layer, beat together cream cheese, cocoa powder, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in melted chocolate and spread over the crust.
  3. For the peanut butter layer, beat room-temperature cream cheese with sugar, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and sour cream until creamy. Fold in whipped heavy cream until combined and spread over the chocolate layer.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least six hours or overnight for best results. Before serving, drizzle with melted peanut butter and garnish with chopped peanut butter cups.
