- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup (½ stick / 57 g) unsalted butter (melted)
- ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare an 8 ½ x 4 ½-inch nonstick loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture gently and stir until just combined; do not overmix.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out with crumbs.
