  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt, to taste

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro


Instructions
