  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • Additional cinnamon-sugar mixture for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In one bowl, mash the bananas and mix in melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
