Ingredients
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup whole milk
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and half the butter over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
