  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded provolone cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and olive oil. Sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add shrimp seasoned with Cajun spices; cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
