- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream (at room temp)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 oz packet Ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and melted butter over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 6–7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet. In the same skillet, add cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning mix; whisk until smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and let simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve alongside your choice of steamed vegetables or baked potatoes.
