Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 ½ cups crushed vanilla sandwich cookies
- 3–4 tbsp cream cheese (for dough)
- 1 cup pink cotton candy-flavored sugar
- Optional: ½ cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries, ¼ cup pink sprinkles
Instructions
- For the cheesecake filling, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and scoop into 1-inch balls. Freeze for 20–30 minutes.
- For the cookie dough shell, blend cookies into fine crumbs and mix with cream cheese to form a soft dough. Flatten small scoops of dough in your palm, place a cheesecake ball in the center, wrap the dough around it, and roll into a smooth ball.
- Coat each bomb in a mixture of pink sugar and optional toppings until fully covered.
