  • 1 large flatbread (naan, lavash, or pizza crust)
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 56 oz brie cheese, sliced or torn into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey (plus more for drizzling)
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet or pizza stone and brush evenly with olive oil.
  3. Top the oiled flatbread with sliced brie, followed by dried cranberries and toasted almonds.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven, drizzle with honey, sprinkle with sea salt, and add fresh herbs if desired. Slice into pieces and serve warm.
