- 2 –3 teaspoons freeze-dried raspberry powder or pink food coloring
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup dark or white chocolate chips, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
- Freeze-dried raspberries
- Chocolate squares
- Heart sprinkles
- Melted white chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare the cookie doughs separately by creaming softened butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, then mix in dry ingredients.
- Chill both doughs for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Shape into balls, pressing a well in the center. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm.
- Repress centers while warm; cool on a wire rack.
- Make ganache by pouring hot cream over chopped chocolate; stir until smooth.
- Fill cooled cookies with ganache and decorate as desired.
