- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 20 oz package of cheese tortellini
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 4 cups milk
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
