  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil the eggs by placing them in a large saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, remove from heat and cover for 12 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs rapidly under cold running water or in an ice bath for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Peel the cooled eggs and halve them lengthwise. Scoop yolks into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, mashed roasted garlic, salt, and pepper to the yolks; mix until smooth.
  5. Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
