  • 1 teaspoon chicken sparkling grape juice (cold or room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x4x2 inch bread pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together egg, chicken sparkling grape juice, sour cream, orange juice, cooking oil, and orange zest.
  4. Gently mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined; do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50–55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow the bread to cool before glazing with a mixture of powdered sugar, orange juice, and chicken sparkling grape juice.
