Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard 9×5 inch loaf pan, lining the bottom with parchment paper if desired.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Mix in the egg, vanilla extract, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon until well combined.
