Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 2 quarts strawberries
  • 2 mangoes
  • 30 ounces mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 5 kiwi
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)


Instructions

  1. Thoroughly wash all the fruits.
  2. Core and chop the pineapple into chunks; add to a mixing bowl.
  3. Stem and slice the strawberries; incorporate them into the bowl.
  4. Peel and slice the mangoes; add to the mixture.
  5. Drain mandarin oranges and add to the bowl.
  6. Peel and chop kiwis; mix them in.
  7. Peel and slice bananas last to prevent browning.
  8. Squeeze fresh lime juice over all fruits and sprinkle sugar if desired.
  9. Gently stir to combine everything evenly.
