  4. Gradually add confectioner’s sugar while mixing on low speed, then increase to high speed for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until fluffy. If desired, add green food coloring.
  5. If the frosting appears flat, chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and rebeat until fluffy.
