Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh raspberries
- 2 large fresh mangoes (cubed)
- 1 lb fresh strawberries (cubed)
- 1 lb green grapes (halved)
- 1 lb red grapes (halved)
- 4 cups apple juice
- 4 packets unflavored vegan gelatin
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare the fruits by washing and cutting them into uniform sizes.
- Lightly spray a bundt pan and set aside.
- Combine 1 cup of apple juice with the gelatin in a bowl. Boil the remaining juice with sugar and lemon juice, then pour it over the gelatin mixture and whisk until dissolved.
- Layer the prepared fruits in the bundt pan in the order of raspberries, mangoes, strawberries, green grapes, and red grapes.
- Pour the gelatin mixture over the fruits until fully covered. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set.
- Unmold by briefly placing the bundt pan in hot water and invert onto a serving plate.
