Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 11×7 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, cream together softened butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon; mix until well combined.
- Gradually fold in dry ingredients and finely chopped apples.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and prepare the topping by melting butter with brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a small saucepan.
