  • pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained and sliced)
  • 3 teaspoons garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups baby spinach (chopped)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter


Instructions

  1. Season chicken with black pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
