  • 1 box instant Oreo Cookies 'n Cream pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream (reduced-fat)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • About 20 Oreo cookies (divided; 8 whole and the remainder chopped)
  • 1 cup milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your bundt pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, Oreo pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, and chopped Oreos. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cake to cool before making the ganache by combining chocolate chips, heavy cream, and butter in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
