Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 (10-oz) bag mini vegan marshmallows
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 12 Oreos, crushed
- 24 whole Oreos (for topping)
- 1 tsp coconut oil (divided)
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a 9”-x-13” pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- Melt half a teaspoon of coconut oil with white chocolate and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium-low heat, then stir in vegan marshmallows and salt until smooth.
- Mix in Rice Krispies and half the crushed Oreos until well combined.
- Press half of the mixture into the prepared pan, layer whole Oreos on top, then add remaining mixture and top with crushed Oreos.
- Drizzle melted chocolates over the top layer.
- Allow to set for about 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
