  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixer, cream together softened butter, peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by the mashed bananas.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, baking soda, and salt; gradually combine with wet ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop rounded dough onto the prepared baking sheet with space in between.
  7. Bake for about 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned; cool on a wire rack before serving.
