Instructions

- In a mixer, cream together softened butter, peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).
- Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by the mashed bananas.
- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, baking soda, and salt; gradually combine with wet ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop rounded dough onto the prepared baking sheet with space in between.
- Bake for about 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned; cool on a wire rack before serving.
