  • ⅔ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 18.3 ounces fudge brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons water


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, pumpkin puree, egg, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  3. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and spread two-thirds of it into the prepared pan.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter evenly.
