Ingredients
- 15 Rice Papers
- 1 sprig scallion (finely chopped)
- Fresh cilantro (finely chopped)

- 1½ tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plant-based oyster sauce
- ½ tbsp Chinese Black Vinegar (or ¼ tbsp rice vinegar)
- ¼ cup cooking oil (60ml)
- ½ tbsp chili flakes (to taste)
Instructions
- Soak the rice papers in water for about 30 seconds until soft. Press gently to remove bubbles.
- Use a sharp knife to cut the softened rice paper into wide, flat noodles.
- In a mixing bowl, combine noodles with soy sauce, plant-based oyster sauce, vinegar, chili flakes, minced garlic, chopped scallions, and cilantro.
- Heat oil until hot and pour over the seasoned noodles. Toss well to combine and serve immediately.
