  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 4 large garlic cloves, grated

  • 1 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ lb shallots, peeled and thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. On a half sheet pan, toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25 minutes until tender.
