Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/3 cup rice flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice apple vinegar
- 1-2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (to taste)
- Honey or maple syrup for sweetness
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, toss cauliflower florets with rice flour, cornstarch, and enough water to create a smooth batter.
- Spread the coated cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- While baking, prepare the sauce by simmering sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, Sriracha, ginger, and garlic in a saucepan. Thicken with honey and cornstarch mixed with water.
- Once cooked, toss the roasted cauliflower in the sauce until evenly coated.
