- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chip chunks
Instructions

- Melt the bittersweet chocolate and salted butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs until well combined. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil.
- In another bowl, combine flour and cocoa powder, then gradually fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Toss half of the semi-sweet chocolate chip chunks in flour and fold them into the batter along with the remaining chips.
