- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 egg white
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 20 caramels (unwrapped)
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the salted butter and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg white and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour and baking powder, mixing until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick and cut out circles with a round cookie cutter. Place them on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes, until puffy and no longer glossy. Cool on a wire rack.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the caramels with milk until smooth.
- Spoon the caramel onto each cooled cookie and chill for 10-15 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips in intervals in the microwave, then spread over each cookie cup once cooled.
