  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up three bowls: one with all-purpose flour, another with beaten egg, and the last with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each chicken piece in flour, then dip in egg wash, and finally cover with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 5-7 minutes per side). Remove from heat.
  5. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar for the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Assemble sliders by placing lettuce on the bottom half of slider buns, adding fried chicken, drizzling with sauce, and topping with the other bun.
