  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ tsp ginger, minced
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Cooking oil for sautéing


Instructions

  1. Blanch green beans and carrots in boiling water for 2–3 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
  4. Stir in the blanched vegetables along with soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, and black pepper. Stir-fry for an additional 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  5. Serve the stir-fry over steamed white rice.
