- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Allow cream cheese, sour cream, and eggs to reach room temperature.
- In a saucepan, combine blackberries, 1/4 cup sugar, and water; bring to a boil then simmer until thickened. Set aside to cool.
- Process graham crackers into fine crumbs; mix with remaining sugar and melted butter. Press into an 8×8 inch lined baking pan and bake for 9 minutes.
