Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries (washed and cut)
- 1 cup green grapes (washed and halved)
- 1 cup red grapes (washed and halved)
- 1 cup blueberries (washed)
- 1 apple (washed, cored, peeled, and diced)
- 1 banana (peeled and sliced)
- ¼ cup pecans (chopped)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 – 2 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp almond extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fruit except for the banana.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the fruit until well coated.
- Just before serving, add the banana slices and top with chopped pecans for extra crunch.
