  • 1 cup strawberries (washed and cut)
  • 1 cup green grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup red grapes (washed and halved)
  • 1 cup blueberries (washed)
  • 1 apple (washed, cored, peeled, and diced)
  • 1 banana (peeled and sliced)
  • ¼ cup pecans (chopped)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 – 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp almond extract


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fruit except for the banana.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the fruit until well coated.
  4. Just before serving, add the banana slices and top with chopped pecans for extra crunch.
