- 4 tablespoons melted vegan butter (for swirl)
- ⅓ cup light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 2 oz softened vegan cream cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix together mashed bananas, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, flour, and oats to the wet mixture. Stir gently until just combined.
- Pour half the batter into the greased loaf pan. In a separate bowl, combine melted vegan butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the swirl; spread half over the batter.
