- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 16 slices Swiss cheese
- 225 g thinly sliced chicken
- 125 g all-purpose flour
- 100 g panko breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

- 480 mL milk
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder

Instructions

- Flatten the chicken between plastic wrap to about 1 cm thick.
