  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas; pat dry with a towel.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  4. Spread the chickpeas on the baking sheet and roast for 20–30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In separate bowls, mix the spice blends for each flavor (sweet, spicy, ranch).
