  • 15 ounces red beans

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup light cream cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Crushed tortilla chips for topping
  • Sliced avocado for topping
  • Sour cream for serving
  • Diced jalapeños for garnish
  • Chopped red onion for garnish
  • Shredded cheddar cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Chop all vegetables: onion, bell peppers, and jalapeño.
  2. In your crockpot, combine chopped onion, bell peppers, jalapeño, vegetable broth, tomato sauce, corn, lentils, black beans, red beans, and spices.
  3. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until lentils are tender.
