Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), greasing an 8-inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. In a large bowl, mix melted butter with granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder; then combine with wet ingredients until just mixed.
