  • 8 oz strawberries
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 pineapple
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare baking sheets.
  2. Wash and cut the fruits into uniform cubes.
  3. In a bowl, combine chopped pineapple, kiwi, strawberries, mango, sugar, and lemon juice; mix gently.
  4. Chill the salsa in the fridge until ready to serve.
  5. Cut tortillas into triangles and toss with melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
  6. Bake on prepared sheets for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
