  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1 tbsp instant yeast
  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • 3¼ cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1½ tbsp ground cinnamon


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let it foam for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, and vinegar; whisk until blended.
  3. In another bowl, mix gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt. Combine with wet ingredients to form dough.
  4. Let the dough rise covered in a warm place for 30 minutes until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread softened butter over it, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll tightly, slice into pieces, and place in a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before adding frosting.
