  • 6 skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs
  • Juice of 2 fresh lemons
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth


Instructions

  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

  5. Transfer seared chicken to a baking dish; pour remaining marinade and broth around it. Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
