- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

- 6 pita breads
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and finely diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb or beef, chopped red onion, parsley, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add breadcrumbs and beaten egg to the mixture; stir gently until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook meatballs for 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
